Medicare Part C

A Medicare Part C, or Advantage Plan, is an option for receiving your Part A and Part B. Medicare Part C, sometimes called Advantage Plans, or MA Plans, are insurance plans provided by Medicare-approved private insurance companies. These companies must adhere to the rules set forth by Medicare. Medicare Advantage enrollees still have Medicare but receive most of their coverage from the Medicare Advantage Plan, not Original Medicare.
